1. Alexander Hamilton’s American Revolution – Washington, D.C.
Are you a huge Hamilton fan? Starting this weekend you can learn more about his past at the Anderson House’s new free exhibit. This exhibition explores how Hamilton’s participation in the struggle for American independence helped to shape his vision for the new nation and its institutions. Be sure to check it out before it closes in September!
2. Fabergé and the Russian Crafts Tradition: An Empire’s Legacy – Baltimore, MD
Looking for beautiful art to inspire you this weekend? This dazzling exhibition features 70 works including the Walters’ two famed Fabergé Easter eggs, alongside a stunning array of gold and silver vessels, intricate enamels, luxurious jewelry, carved stones, and icons that illuminate the beauty, technical sophistication, and artistry of Russian crafts. 3. K-9 Veterans Day presented by Woodfin on March 17 – Virginia
Come enjoy a family event to celebrate the contributions of canines to our military and our communities. See how these dogs work to save the lives of our soldiers, police, and emergency responders. This event will take place on March 17 from 10am to 12pm at The Virginia War Memorial.
